  2. Control-click the Settings folder, then choose Compress 'Settings.'
  3. Move the resulting .zip file to another location, such as the Desktop.

  1. In Compressor, choose Compressor > Preferences and then click My Computer.
  2. Make sure that “Allow other computers to process batches on my computer” is turned off.
  3. Quit Compressor.

  6. Restart your Mac.
